Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef/turkey
- 1 small Vidalia onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 8 T shredded low-fat Cheddar cheese
- 4 English muffins
- 1 c thinly sliced romaine lettuce
- 16 small tomato slices

Preparation
Step 1
- Mix meat, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper in large bowl until combined. Shape into equal balls. With your finger make indentations in center of each ball. Fill each hole with 2 T cheese. Enclose filling by pinching meat together. Shape into 4 patties.
- Spray non-stick and cook until done. Place bottoms of muffins on plates – top each with lettuce, tomato
