- 4 corn tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast - cubed
- 6 tablespoons tomatillo salsa
- 1/3 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fat-free mayo
- 1/2 cup shredded light Mexican four-cheese blend

Step 1
1. Preheat the broiler. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet. Broil 4 inches from the heat until golden, 1-2 minutes on each side.
2. Combine the chicken, salsa, bell pepper, and mayo in a small bowl. Top each tortilla with a generous 1/4 cup of the chicken mixture, spreading it almost to the edge; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the cheese. Broil the tostada until the cheese melts, 1-2 minutes.
