Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons steak sauce
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 2/3 cup steak sauce
- 4 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, and 4 tablespoons steak sauce. Mix well and shape into 1" meatballs. In a skillet, brown the meatballs in 4 tablespoons oil. Drain fat from skillet. In the same skillet, combine 2/3 cup steak sauce, brown sugar, and butter with the meatballs. Simmer, covered for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.
