Ingredients
- 1 pkt chocolate cake mix
- 1 pt lowfat sour cream
- 1 pkt instant chocolate pudding
- 1 sm bag chocolate chips
- 3/4 c. oil
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. water
Preparation
Step 1
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients. Pour into crockpot. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs. Serve in a bowl with ice cream.
If I asked the list to vote on their all-time favorite crockpot recipe, I believe this would win hands-down. I've never heard a bad comment about it - only incredible reviews. Some people have tried it with low-fat lowfat sour cream and substituting apple sauce for the oil, and they claimed it still tasted great!
