Southwestern Chicken Stew

Ingredients

  • 3-4 frozen chicken breasts
  • 1 can (15oz) pinto beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can (15oz) black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 can (28oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 lb frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 jar (12-16oz) salsa

Preparation

Step 1

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Pour tomatoes and salsa over top. Layer on the beans and corn. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Can serve on tortillas.
