Ingredients
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 3 T honey
- 2 T vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 3/4 c oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 # flank steak
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, pour over flank steak and marinate in refrigerator 1-3 days
Bring meat to room temperature a few hours before cooking.
BBQ 8 mins per side. Slice thinly on diagonal
