Chicken Basting Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups beer
• 1/4 cup orange marmalade
• 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
• 1 Tbsp. peeling and minced fresh ginger
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 tea. salt
• 1 tea. honey

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine and whisk all of the ingredients together. Use immediately as a basting sauce for chicken.
