Ingredients
- 1 lb Baby Carrots halved lengthwise
- 4 Tbl Butter
- 4 Tbl Orange Marmalade
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 Tbl chipotle paste (or flakes)
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet heat butter, marmalade, garlic salt and chipotle over a medium heat until smooth.
Add carrots, toss to coat.
Cover simmer over med-low heat for 15-20 min
