Ingredients
- 1 lb of lean ground turkey breast
- 1/2 cup of seasoned dried bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup of chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp of grated onion
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350F. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except the spaghetti sauce. Roll into 20 meatballs. Place a meatball into a mini muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until lightly browned, about 15-18 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl, add the spaghetti sauce and toss meatballs.
