Ingredients
- 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
- 1 3-ounce Roquefort cheese
- 4 6-ounce blue cheese
- 4 6-ounce shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- finely snipped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
Allow all cheeses to stand at room temperature until softened. Place in mixing bowl, add onion and Worcestershire. Blend at low speed; then a medium speed until mixed. Shape into large ball. Chill until firm. Pat on snipped parsley on surface of ball. May be served chilled or at room temperature.
