COTTAGE CHEESE DISH (Elizabeth Tite Whitehead)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese (sm. curd)
  • 1 lg. container Cool Whip
  • 1 box Jello (any flavor)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Preparation

Step 1

Mix dry Jello with cottage cheese, then add Cool Whip and pineapple. Chill and serve. Tastes much better than it sounds - I really love this.
