Franks and Bean Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon onion; minced
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 2-1 lb cans vegetarian beans in tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 12 oz franks

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in margarine. Combine onion, beans, ketchup and brown sugar in
1-1/2 quart baking dish. Score franks lightly and place on bean mixture.
Bake 35 - 40 minutes at 375 °F or until the beans and franks are hot.
