Super Onion Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 3/4 c milk
• 1 pkg onion soup mix
• 1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
• 1/4 c ketchup
• 2 # ground beef
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk over bread crumbs.
Add rest of ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Pack into 9x5 loaf pan.
Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 - 2 hrs
