Large fresh mushrooms
oz. (½ of 8 oz pkg) Cream cheese, softened
slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
cup shredded cheddar cheese
Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Heat oven to 350 degrees F Remove stems from mushrooms, discard or same for another use Mix remaining ingredients and spoon into the mushroom caps. Place filled sides up in shallow baking dish. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
