Vanilla Ice Cream (Kathy Little)

Ingredients

  • 8 Eggs
  • 4 cups Sugar
  • 5 cups Milk
  • 2 cups half & half Cream
  • 4-1/2 tablespoons Vanilla
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs and gradually add sugar until smooth and thick. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into freezer canister. Freeze according to ice cream maker diretions. Alternate rock salt and ice.
