Ingredients
- 2 - 14 oz cans chicken broth
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup butter

Preparation
Step 1
Bring chicken broth, potatoes, ham, corn and pepper to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Whisk flour with milk until smooth. Whisk into potato-corn mixture. Stir in butter. Simmer; stirring for 2 minutes until butter has melted and soup has thickened.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
