- 14 oz cans chicken broth
medium potatoes, peeled and diced
cup diced ham
can whole kernel corn
Bring chicken broth, potatoes, ham, corn and pepper to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Whisk flour with milk until smooth. Whisk into potato-corn mixture. Stir in butter. Simmer; stirring for 2 minutes until butter has melted and soup has thickened. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
