Dale & Corky's recipe for Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts Water
  • 1 quart Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Dried Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 quarts Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Black Pepper
  • 1-1/2 cups Yellow Mustard
  • 1 quart White Wine
  • 1-1/2 cups Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
Store in glass containers.
Refrigerate.
