Ingredients
- 1 c warm water
- 1 c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Pour into jar and keep in warm place(70 to 80 degrees)
Feed starter every 24 hours by:
throw 1/2 away and add 1/2 water and flour.
It could take 3 to 7 days to get lots of bubbles and a pleasant sour smell. Its ready when it develops a bubbly froth.
Keep starter in fridge with lid on. Once chilled, only needs to be fed once per week.
