- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 12 oz semi sweet chocolate (2 cups)

Combine heavy cream and corn syrup in a medium saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook until bubbles barely break the surface. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and whisk until smooth.
