Tilapia - Lemon and Herb

Ingredients

  • 1 small lemon
  • 4 T butter, softened
  • 1 T fresh chopped parsley
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1/8 t black pepper
  • 1/4 chopped green onions, with tops
  • 4 Tilapia fillets, about 6 oz each (1.5 Ibs total)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F

2. Zest lemon and squeeze out 1 T of juice.

3. In a small bowl, combine, zest, juice, butter, parsley, salt and pepper and the green onions.

4. Butter a 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Place fillets in dish, folding thinner ends as needed. Top fillets with butter mixture.

5. Bake for 15 minutes
