Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly milled black pepper
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 1 medium cauliflower, broken into small florets
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
- 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, or 1/4 teaspoon dried
- 1 3/4 cups grated Gruyere
- Paprika
Preparation

* 4 large eggs
* 1/2 cup milk
* 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan
* 3/4 to 1 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 teaspoon freshly milled black pepper
* 3 tablespoons butter
* 1 cup chopped onions
* 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
* 1 medium cauliflower, broken into small florets
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
* 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
* 3/4 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme, or 1/4 teaspoon dried

* Paprika
Pour the milk mixture over the top and lightly dust with paprika. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until set. Remove from the oven and serve.
