Butter Rich Pan Rolls

By

"These are just so yummy and cute too. I make these about once a week and store them in Tupperware. They make excellent little sandwich rolls or allow us to always have fresh bread for meals. When I was little in Germany, my mom and her German friend used to make them without the luxury of a bread machine. The smell of fresh baked bread can't be beat!" By Laurita

Made these rolls yesterday for dinner. They are excellent! So easy too. I have tried dozens of roll recipes, but this is one I will be making again and again!

I just made these for the Thanksgiving holiday and they are everything everyone has said. I had forgotten about using my dusty old bread machine and had been stressing about how to do home-made rolls while preparing the rest of the dinner. This worked perfectly - easy, stress-free and wonderful texture and flavor - so soft. I had way too much dough - so I used half and wrapped the other in plastic wrap and tin foil, and stuck it in the fridge. The next day I took it out, brought it to room temperature and just followed the shaping instructions, etc. They turned out just as good. Thank you!

Since trying this recipe I have made it many times. I make cloverleaf dinner rolls out of the dough and now they are requested at every family gathering. My kids can't get enough of them! TERRIFIC recipe.

What delicious little rolls! These are so soft and tender, a definite keeper! Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.
