Spicy Orange Greens

By

Recipe Description: Serves 2 - The slightly spicy orange sauce in this dish in this dish is one of my favorites. You can serve it with any greens you like or have on hand, but collard greens are my favorite to use here. Broccoli florets may also be substituted. For a complete meal, serve over or tossed with soba noodles.

Chef's Note: Soba noodles are Japanese noodles made from buckwheat flour. they are thin, somewhat like linguine, which can be substituted.
