Mini Corn Dog Muffins

  Who doesn’t like a corn dog?  These are a bit healthier since they are not deep fried.  This recipe could not be any simpler and crowd pleasing at parties!  Makes 24 pieces

Ingredients

  • 8 1/2 ounce box of corn bread mix
  • 4 hot dogs cut into 6 pieces each
  • Mustard and ketchup for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
Make muffin batter according to package directions and spoon into
24 mini muffin pans sprayed with cooking spray
Place a cut piece of hot dog into the center of the batter in each muffin cup
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and let cool for at least 5 minutes
Before removing from pan

Serve with mustard and ketchup on the side for dipping
