Smoothie: TGI Friday's: Bouncing Baby Blueberry Delight

Yogurt, blueberries, raspberries and pineapple combined with pina colada mix.

Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple ring (or 1 oz. frozen pineapple)
  • 3 oz Pina colada mix
  • 1 oz Fresh raspberries (I used frozen strawberries)
  • 1 oz Non-fat plain yogurt (I used vanilla)
  • 1 oz Fresh blueberries (I used frozen)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients with crushed ice. (Note: I didn't use ice since all of my fruit was frozen) Serve in a well chilled tall glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and pineapple wedges.

Yields 1 small drink
