Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cook potatoes and cube. Dice kolbalsa, bacon and onion.
In a large pot, cook kolbalsa, bacon and onion until bacon has become quite crisp, onion is cooked. Add cubed cooked potatoes. Mix well and cook about 5 minutes. Drain (but don't rinse) sauerkraut. Add sauerkraut to pot. Mix well and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Transfer ingredients from pot to roaster. Cook at 350F for about 30 minutes.
