Ingredients
- extra virgin olive oil
- 2-3 clove garlic; thinly sliced
- 1/2 jalapeno peppers; seeded, diced
- 1 small burdock; matchstick pieces
- soy sauce
- 1/2 small lotus root; thinly sliced
- 1 carrot; matchstick pieces
- 1/2 red bell pepper; thinly sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Place small amount of oil in deep skillet and turn heat to medium. When the
oil is hot, stir in garlic and jalapeno and saute for 30 seconds to
release the heat.
Stir in burdock, a splash of soy sauce and saute for 1 minute. Stir in
lotus root, a splash of soy sauce and saute for 1 minute.
Stir in carrot, season with soy sauce, to taste, and saute for 1 minute.
Stir in red pepper and saute for 1-2 minutes, until pepper wilts.
Serve hot.
