Peanutty Crispy Dessert Cups

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups large marshmallows
  • 3 cups chocolate-flavored rice crispy cereal
  • ice cream or frozen yogurt
  • assorted toppings

Preparation

Step 1

Heat pb and butter in medium saucepan over low heat until melted and smooth. Add marshmallows, cook until melted stirring constantly. Remove pan from heat, stir in cereal until well blended and cool slightly. Scoop mixture evenly into 12 standard non-stick muffin cups. Press into bottoms and up sides to make a bowl. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove cups from pan and fill with ice cream and toppings.
