  • 1 pkg buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsps mayo
  • 1 tbsp plus 1 1/2 tsp honey mustard
  • 12 ham cubes
  • 36 cheddar cheese cubes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Coat 10 standard muffin cups with cooking spray, set aside. Place one biscuit in each cup. Combine mayo and honey mustard in small bowl. Stir until well blended. Using thumbs, press down to make a deep indentation in each biscuit. Sppon equal amount of mayo mixture into each biscuit and top with 1 ham and three cheese cubes. Bake for about 12 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. Remove from oven and let stand for 3 minutes before removing from pan. Serve hot.
