Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic; minced
- 8 ounce mirepoix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 jar bolognese Sauce (16.5 ounce)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon basil; chopped
- 16 ounce rigatoni; cooked, drained
- 4 tablespoon pecorino Romano Cheese; grated
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown beef in skillet on medium, 2-3 minutes. Drain well.
2. Add garlic and mirepoix; cook 3-4 minutes. Add broth; bring to simmer.
Add Bolognese sauce; simmer 10 minutes.
3. Add milk; simmer 5 minutes. Sprinkle with basil; season to taste with
salt and pepper. Serve over pasta with grated cheese.
