Ingredients
- Chocolate Cookie Crust: 1 1/2 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies
- 2 to 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- Filling: 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 cup dairy whipped cream
- 1 dark milk chocolate candy bar
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
To prepare crust, combine all ingredients in a 9-inch glass pie plate. Heat on high in the microwave for 2 minutes, stirring once. Press evenly onto the bottom and sides of the dish. Heat on high for 1 minute to set the crust. (this can be done in advance and frozen)
To prepare the filling,combine marshmallows and cream in a 2-quart glass bowl. Microwave on high for 2-2 1/2 minutes, or until marshmallows puff. Stir well to blend evenly. chill for 20 to 25 minutes, or until thickened but not set.
Fold into whipped cream. Pour into the crust. Top with shavings from the candy bar and graham cracker crumbs. Chill for 4 to 5 hrs before serving.
