Ingredients
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 ahi tuna steaks
- canola oil
- green leaf lettuce
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, pineapple juice, wasabi and sesame oil for the marinade.
Cut ahi steaks into 2-by-2-inch portions. Place in the marinade and refrigerate to 10 minutes.
Preheat grill to high and brush with canola oil. Grill ahi for 2 minutes per side, or until seared.
Cut ahi into 1/4 inch strips and arrange on lettuce. Serve immediately.
