Ingredients
- 4 cups strawberries; hulled
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg; ground
Preparation
Step 1
Reserve a few strawberries for garnish, then place the rest in a food
processor or blender and puree until smooth. Add the orange juice,
buttermilk, yogurt, sugar, and nutmet and process briefly. Refrigerate
until time to serve. Ladle into soup bowls and garnish with reserved
strawberries.
