Ingredients
- 3 tablespoon mint leaves
- 3 tablespoon basil
- 3 tablespoon parsley
- 1 slices white bread
- 3 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 3 anchovies
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients together in food processor. Add more bread or oil or
red wine vinegar to taste.
