Ingredients
- 2 pounds skinned chicken cut into pieces
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 1 cup medium onion, chopped
- 1 bag frozen vegetables
- 1 Tbsp, parsley
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 cup uncooked fine egg noodles
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all ingredients, except noodles, in slow
cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or
on high for 3 to 4 hours until and vegetables are
tender.
1. 30 minutes before serving add noodles and
continue to cook.
