Oven Fried Boneless Pork Chops
- 6 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 eggs – beaten plus splash of milk
- Olive oil for drizzling
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1 tps. Paprika
- 1/2 tps. Ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs with a splash of milk.
Combine the seasonings with the flour.
Dip the pork chops in the seasoned flour, then in the egg wash and back in the flour.
Place in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over the pork chops.
Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
Bake for 35 – 45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
