Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup malted milk powder
- 3 cups good quality chocolate ice cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
- Pinch of fine salt
- Whipping cream, slightly sweetened, for garnish
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1. Simply stir milk and malted milk powder to dissolve. Blend milk with ice cream, chocolate sauce and salt until just smooth. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
