Mini Meatloaf Burgers

  • 1 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions or shallots
  • salt and pepper
  • sliced cheese
  • sliced tomatoes
  • rolls

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine worcestershire sauce, ketchup, ground beef, onions and salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 4 patties.
In a large skillet, cook burgers over medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve with sliced cheese, tomatoes and rolls.
