Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen sliced strawberries
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 egg white
- dash lemon juice
- dash Salt
Preparation
Step 1
Puree berries in mixer, add egg whites, sugar, lemon and salt. Beat for a long time until mixture becomes thick and doubles in size (about 15
minutes). Pour into pedestal bowl and put in freezer. Tastes like strawberry sherbet. Thaw for about half an hour before serving.
