  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 1/2 tesaspoon salt
  • 3 3 eggs
  • 1 cup 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoon 2 Tablespoon buttter softened
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon 2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1/3 cup 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1 tespoon lemon zest
  • Glaze
  • 1 cup 1 cup powder sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons 2 Tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Preparation

Step 1

Grease a 9x5 loaf pan preheat oven 350 degrees
Combine Flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt together
in a med bowl combine eggs,sugar, butter,vanilla, lemon extract and lemon juice
Pour wet ingredients into dry and blend.
Add oil and zest mix together
Pour into loaf pan
Bake 45 min at 350 degrees
remove and pour glaze over the top
