Ingredients
- 1-1/2Cup1-1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/21/2 tesaspoon salt
- 33 eggs
- 1cup1 cup sugar
- 2Tablespoon2 Tablespoon buttter softened
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2teaspoon2 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1/3cup1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2cup1/2 cup oil
- 11 tespoon lemon zest
- Glaze
- 1cup1 cup powder sugar
- 2Tablespoons2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon lemon extract

Preparation
Step 1
Grease a 9x5 loaf pan preheat oven 350 degrees
Combine Flour, baking soda, baking powder,and salt together
in a med bowl combine eggs,sugar, butter,vanilla, lemon extract and lemon juice
Pour wet ingredients into dry and blend.
Add oil and zest mix together
Pour into loaf pan
Bake 45 min at 350 degrees
remove and pour glaze over the top
