Ingredients
- 1 pkg broccoli
- 2 pkgs Ramen chicken noodles (break up noodles and set seasoning packet aside)
- 2 bunches of green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup Apple Cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix together broccoli, Ramen noodles and green onions.
In a small bowl mix flavoring from noodles, apple cider vinegar, sugar and olive oil.
Stir for one minute or longer. Mixture will be gritty and not mix well. Pour over broccoli, noodles and green onions. Use a wooden spoon to mix. Stir for three minutes. Cover with lid and stir every half hour. Chill for 2 hours.
