Ingredients
- 1 1/3 *1 1/3 cups warm water
- 2 *2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 1/4-3 1/2 *3 1/4-3 1/2 cups bread flour
- 2 *2 teaspoons salt
- 2 *2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to bread machine.
Process on DOUGH cycle.
When DOUGH cycle is done, remove and punch down.
Cover and let rest 15 minutes.
Shape into baguette on parchment paper.
Makes slits in top.
Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes.
Bake at 375 degrees on pizza stone 40-45 minutes.
Spritz oven with water, if a crisp crust is desired.
