  • 1 15.5 ounce can of black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
  • 1 jalepeno stemmed, seeded & minced
  • 3 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice.

Season to taste with coarse salt & serve.
