Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. sweet italian sausage, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1 box (32 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
- 1/2 t dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach

Step 1
Spray sauce pot with vegetable cooking spray. Add sausage and cook until browned.
Add broth, onion, carrot and oregano. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until vegetables ore tender.
Stir in spinach and cook 1 minute.
