Ingredients
- Add:
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 3 small onions
- 3 stalks celery
- 3 gloves garlic
- Fry in margarine and gradually
- add 1/3-1/2 cup flour.
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- Broccoli which has been parboiled
Preparation
Step 1
Turn on low and just let simmer, do not let it boil. Serve and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
