Ingredients

  • 1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Beat together ingredients until just smooth.
2. Pour into well greased deep muffin cups (3/4 full).
3. Bake at 425F until golden brown, 35 to 45 minutes. Serve immediately.
