Ingredients
- 10 oz mini marshmallows
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 6 c crisp rice cereal

Step 1
Spray a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray. Place the marshmallows in a large microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle the marshmallows with the canola oil and vanilla. Toss so each of the marshmallows is coated with the oil. Add the peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 1/2 -2 minutes or until the marshmallows are melted, stirring once. Stir until smooth. Stir the cereal into the marshmallow mixture until combined and press into pan.
