- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste

Step 1
Heat the chicken drippings in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour until bubbly, 1 minute. Off heat, whisk in broth. Heat gravy over medium-high, whsiking constantly until boiling. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook 1 minute. Whisk in vinegar and soy sauce; season with salt and pepper.
