Spinach-Sour Cream Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg frozen, chopped spinach. Defrost and drain
  • 1 pkg Knox vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 - 2 pts sour cream
  • 4 chopped green onions
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 round loaf rye bread

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Cut the top off the bread. Scoop the bread out of the shell and cube. Put dip in the bread bowl. Serve with bread cubes.
